Would you get upset if you're significant other acted like this?

We have always been open with celebs and people we find attractive and I'm cool with that but whilst looking at this one celebs picture (I know it's just a celebrity) he was like "oof, look at her and that body damn" etc and it upset me a little bit, honestly.

Mainly because I'm 13+5 weeks pregnant but also because I didn't look anything like her even before. Every person he said looks attractive is the opposite of me and I wouldn't be as disrespectful as that about seeing an attractive male?

Usually I'm fine with it but his reaction yesterday left me slightly hurt because it was a lot more strong than previous, am i just being stupid?
