One follicle on both ovaries

Hello everyone so I just wanted to share some information. This is my 4th iui with clomid. The 1st time I had 3 follicles on my right ovary the 2nd time I had 2 follicles right ovary. 3rd time I had 1 follicle on my left ovary. I spoke to my doctor and I asked to up the dose because I felt like 50mg of clomid wasn’t doing much. She agreed and now I took 100 mg of clomid and I have one mature follicle on each ovary. Has this happen to anyone ? And had success getting pregnant? Hubbys sperm count for iui was 57 million. This is my last iui. So I’m hoping it works. Thank you !
