Csection incision not healing

Went today for a 2 week incision check. They tried taking the tape off of it and a 2 inch section is still open and started bleeding automatically. They put a fresh bandage on it and told me if it’s still bleeding next week when they try again, we’ll have to talk about other options to help it heal. With my previous csections I had no issues and it was mostly healed at 2 weeks. After leaving the office I started having heavy vaginal bleeding as well, and I hadn’t bled in 3 days. They had me come back in and they done bloodwork and scheduled me for an ultrasound Monday to be sure everything looks okay. Any advice? Very worried as I’m still bleeding heavily but not as bad and my incision feels like it’s on fire. 😩
