I have a long torso, and didn't show until about 14-16 weeks, my sister in law has a super short torso and started showing at 8 weeks, it's also partially your body composition 😊 but if it's your first it can also take longer to show

I didn't shown until like 18 weeks with my first but now with my second I'm showing at 9 weeks just because my torso is like 5inches long lol

I didn’t show until about 24-28 weeks depending on how the baby was positioned. It’s completely normal to not show until later especially with your first !
