How do you get baby to sleep somewhere orher than your arms?

Question

During the day she'll nap in her swing or bouncer, but at night she won't sleep without me.

We use a swaddle/ sleep sack, white noise machine that is also a nightlight and humidifier. She doesn't usually like the pacifier but will take it at times. We get about an hour of sleep at a time until she wants a bottle or needs a diaper change. It's so, so hard but we all got this.

Yep, the rock n play with white noise and a swaddle was the golden key for us. And the “baby shusher” from Amazon, haha.

My daughter sleeps in a rock n play at night.  Since she has acid reflux it helps keep her tilted up right more and helps make her feel snuggled

We try to put ours on the pack and play to nap some so the baby gets used to a flat surface.... makes night time in the bassinet an easier transition. Swaddle too! Helps with comfort
