IVF Retrieval question

As mentioned in a previous post, today was my retrieval. After the whole procedure, doc came in and told us that she was only able to collect 3 eggs. Earlier this week she had told me I wasn’t responding to meds the way she wanted so I don’t understand why she didn’t up my dosage of Gonal F? I know she was worried of OHSS.

I left the clinic devastated. I am a ball of nerves. I feel like I went through all of this to collect a small amount. The odds don’t feel in my favor. Doctor was neutral and she was very surprised I didn’t respond to medications as much as she’d like and she didn’t collect as many as she’d like. Has anyone received a positive outcome? I am praying that all 3 will fertilize and make it. I am terrified they won’t.

Each step of this process feels like walking on eggshells. Please tell me it will be ok....
