Did you stress about the coming home outfit??

So I’m 30 weeks, and I’m like so worried about what he’s going to come home in. I wanna make sure it’s cute, but I don’t wanna go overboard with it.

That was my husband's job. After the baby was born and we knew she was a girl, one of the times he ran home to put the dog outside, he ran to the store to pick it out.
He was very proud. It made him feel needed and more apart of the whole thing. And it was a surprise so it was kind of like a present to me. We'll be doing it that way with our next too.

We live 5 blocks from the hospital and didn't have visitors until days after we were home so, for us, "going home" wasn't like a huge celebration. Just me, husband, and baby. So I'm glad he went with simple and comfortable. And she gets to rewear it all the time. She's already almost grown out of it so I'm planning to turn it into a teddy bear or something so we can keep it forever.....another reason that I'm glad he got a simple onsie.

I didn’t stress about it. I just picked something out that I felt was cute and that was it lol. We literally just drove home and then we all crashed out for a few hours lol.

I had the perfect outfit picked out and when we took her home, it was 2 times too big. 🤣 I wasn't expecting to bring home a baby in newborn clothes so I had 0-3 packed for her.
