Measles? Shot reaction? My 6 month old has a mystery rash

My daughter had her six month shots Wednesday but has had a runny/stuffy nose for more than a week. She had a fever of 102 the night she had her shots so I gave her Tylenol and it was gone by the next day. Well yesterday I notice a bit of a rash on her face and around her hairline. Today it’s spread down her back and a little on her tummy. We’re in Northern California and there have just been two confirmed measles cases one county over from us. So I’m wondering if you guys think this is a shot reaction or possible measles?
