i need help pregnant ladies 🥺

okay i had light pink spotting on the 18th & 19th (dark enough tht you can tell it’s pink) . i know that’s a sign of implantation .. and in the days prior, i had a slight headache on one side of my head that i didn’t pay much attention too until i got the spotting. okay sooo my period was supposed to come on the 24th .. i felt dull pains every now & then .. but not as bad as usual . eventually i saw some blood on my panties so i put on a pad thinking my period is here . my period is always heavy on the first day, my cramping is usually just as bad. anyways, 3 hours after having that pad on.... i got THIS

likeeee i know Mother Nature isn’t playing with me 😂 so NO PERIOD !! still no blood .. i took a pregnancy test but it was negative .. i’m not sure what to do . 😕 was that my period ? was that just spotting ? am i pregnant but it’s too early to tell ? i just wanna know if this has happened to anyone else.
