Good/bad experience with induction

Hi everyone, so I’m getting induced at 38 weeks which is next Tuesday and I’m absolutely terrified of everything going wrong and needing c section or forceps/ventouse. I’m curious as to how common this actually is and am I just panicking for nothing? I’m being induced because of SPD and prolapsed haemorrhoids causing me so much pain daily now. I’m also worrying about the effects of the drugs on the baby, had natural birth with first, delivered spontaneously at 40w using just gas and air. Im also petrified of bleeding too much afterwards, aaaarrrrrgggghhh so many things to be scared of and yet I’m ready to meet my little one. Please ladies if you don’t mind sharing your experiences, I’m going to be so anxious and upset all this next week 😢
