Feel like I have to pee during sex

Is it normal to just feel like I have to pee during sex? Sometimes it’s painful when it feels like he’s going too deep, but mostly it can just be strangely uncomfortable. I can feel him pushing far into my back and it feels like I have to pee and tbh it’s not that great and sometimes i can feel sick- I’m wondering if that’s just “how it is” or if there’s something I can make it do to feel better?
