Anyone else do this?
I get EWCM the day I no longer am on my period until the day of my fertile week according to glow. Then I am basically dry untill3-7 days before my period.
Those 3-7 days are of old blood before I get any red period blood and that day is heavy and it's only for about 24-36 hours then a couple days of medium untill it's just done.
Confused as to what day 1 is of my cycle. I really dont want to use opks to track ovulation but I'm thinking I'll have too.
