Low sex drive from SSRIs

I’ve been taking Lexapro for a couple years now and I’m just so frustrated with how much my sex drive has decreased. I still enjoy sex but I never come. I’m able to get myself off when I masturbate but it takes a lot of effort most times. I don’t know what to do but it’s making me so mad at myself. Has anyone else experienced something of this sort? And if so what did you do about it??
