Had my 1st Scan 6w4d

Ladies, please give me some reassurance. Went for my placement scan today at 6w4d (according to my last period Feb. 7) I know I ovulated on February 24th (opk positive peak day). Today, my scan at least show my baby was not in my remaining tube, but actually in my uterus (thank God) but there was only a gestational sac and yolk sac present. She did not see a baby at all. She also said my gestational sac measured at 5w5d :( :( :( I don't see how this is. She didn't check HCG today but did a full prenatal panel and thyroid. I feel like I'm about to have my 6th loss 😔😔😔 does anyone have any similar stories that became positive. It threw me off today when she ended the appointment by telling me to come back in a week to "confirm pregnancy" as if I'm not actually pregnant. Confused and worried.
