I have 2 types of yeast infections concurrent

I’m 21 weeks pregnant and went to my check up and had them check for a yeast infection . She called me few days later and told me I have 2 different types of yeast infections and asked would I rather take the pill or cream . I chose pill because I always have the cream and soon as I insert it it instantly comes out so I fill like I don’t get the full affect of the cream. The type of yeast infections I have it Gardnella probe and Candida probe . Did anyone have these ??? I’ve always had yeast infections but never had these type. Are the pills safe for pregnancy (she said yes but just making sure) they gave me 2 different pills . One of them i have to take ONE time and it cures it 🤨 and the other I have to take 2 a day .
