Big baby 🙃 what would you do?

This is the 3rd time a nurse/doctor has said my baby’s a big baby coming @ 8.5lbs more or less. I’m waiting for my doctor to come into the hospital and talk about what we’re going to do next in my induction & I’m going to ask for his opinion on wether a csection or vaginal birth would be wiser. :( 
I’m feeling so discouraged, I had 0 sleep, my contractions are getting a lot stronger. I just don’t want to continue the waiting game if I’m going to end up not being able to push my baby out and need a csection anyway.
I’m a FTM and I have no idea what to do!!! What would you ladies do?

A lot of people say it’s easier to birth a bigger baby. (If you go natural) plenty of people have 10+ pounders and deliver just fine.

I had an unexpected big baby (9lb 8oz), managed to deliver him vaginally, no pain relief, no tears or stitches. As long as you listen to your body, you should be fine! Good luck to you with whatever happens!

I was induced at 40+2 at 9am and my boy was out by 6pm - super surprised us all at 9lbs 0oz. Only pushed 3 times and he was out super easily. Don’t let a big baby scare you into a c section if that’s not what you want.

My first was 9.5lbs. Labor was a breeze! I had an epidural, and pushing only lasted an hour and a half. Your body will work with the size, only reason a csec should happen, is if baby isn't in the correct position. 
I didn't tare, or have to be cut when delivering either.
Im about to have my second, and with how big I've gotten, i can't imagine he'll be less than 8.5lbs.
Just means extra healthy baby!

My son was born Friday and was 9lb 7oz! Unfortunately he came out sunnyside up which made it very very hard to push him out. I managed after an exhausting 2 1/2 hours but did it! The poor kids head was stuck on my pubic bone. If he was turned facing down he would have popped out no problem and it would have been less painful!

My doctor told me I’m probably having a 9 lb baby. She induced me at 40 w 2 d. My baby girl weighed 9lb 1 oz. I had a vaginal delivery with a 3rd degree tear it honestly wasn’t that bad but I had an epidural.
