Emotional Advice
I have been having a lot of mood and anxiety distress when it comes to the first few days before my period as well as during my period. I know that hormones do have a natural effect, but it deeply effects my life—it makes relationships/friendships harder, it makes me less productive at work, it effects my motivation, sleep, and energy, and it makes little things feel like huge losses.
I have tried working out, yoga, and meditation, but I still am sensitive, sad and worried. Any advice? How does anyone else deal with this?
