Should I get a cat or dog?

Question

Two 10yo+ cats or one 5mo pup? Or both? They’ll have a huge yard and house to live in, finances aren’t a problem. Also own one cat. So torn over all of the cuteness tho😩thinking about both

Depends on what you have time for.  We currently have a three month old puppy and she requires a lot of care and attention, similar to taking care of a two year old child.  Plus I find myself feeling guilty having to leave her at home to go to work or run errands.  
By comparison, my 10 year old cat is very self sufficient and I can leave her all day without a second thought.  As long as she's got food, water and access to her litter box, she's totally fine.

Are the cats comfortable around each other and the puppy? Cause if so then I don't see why not, but if they don't or you don't know then that's something to consider because stressed out cats are something that no one wants.
