Dreaming about twins

I’m 13 weeks! And I have been having dreams about having twins also a girl but we don’t know what we are having yet. Does that mean anything ?

Also I’m feeling as if my pregnancy is going really slow this is my first child 😂 anyone else feeling the same 😁
