Babies that spit up too much...

My third baby is now 9 weeks old and we’re currently trying the fifth formula due to excessive spit up. He is also on Zantac for reflux. We’ve tried Gerber Gentle, Gerber Soothe, Similac Advanced, Similac for Spit Up, and now his doctor has us currently trying out Similac Alimentum to see if it’s easier on his stomach.

My question is if you had a baby go through this did you ever find a formula that worked or did you end up just having to wait it our until baby out grew it?

I know someone is going to say spit up is normal for babies and some just do it more than others and that the number one cause for spit up is over feeding. I’ve talked about both of these with his doctor. His not over eating and he’ll spit up even after just an ounce sometimes and others he’ll have a 4oz and not spit up at all. Sometimes he’s still spit up a few hours after his bottle. He burps like a champ so it isn’t that either.
