Does this look like a cold sore? It's on both the inside of my mouth. Or just swollen vein? I'm 19 weeks pregnant does that have something to do with it?

Cold sore will look like it has a scab over it usually and hurt a lot. Looks like just an irritated part of your mouth.

Just looks like a crease from the inside of your mouth sitting against your teeth. My mouth does it.
