Unprotected sex

I’m 17. I had sex on Sunday then again today which is Tuesday .. I know tmi but I need my question answered. He came in me both days & I took the pill (plan B) Sunday. I’m on birth control but I just started my new pack a few days ago.. can I get pregnant even though it says that plan b can be taken within 72hours ?
