Just baby or bh?

Every once in a while now, I get this sensation right in the middle of my uterus area I get a “charge” straight down, like down my “canal” so to speak lol. It’s not painful, but pretty uncomfortable. It my baby just being rude and slamming his head down there or is it Braxton Hicks?? Aren’t Braxton Hicks more painful ish?

Braxton Hicks that I’ve had are pretty painful (like can’t walk), but even the weak ones I feel them in my whole belly. Idk if that’s what you’re experiencing or not, but my doctor told me that all the weird things that happen are usually fine as long as your baby’s movement feels normal or unless it’s painful.

My Braxton Hicks aren’t painful, just uncomfortable and getting increasingly more intense. Like I get an almost crampy feeling right before and then my entire uterus hardens up and the shape of my belly changes. They don’t last long and dont really sound like what you’re experiencing.
