Heart burn
26+5 today and this week, heart burn started off light, I got it bad yesterday after taking orange juice and today morning I woke up with heartburn, haven't even eaten anything yet. I know laying down after meals is bad, but who knew I would get it because I slept in the night.
Wanted to ask what foods cause it that I should avoid now or what foods neutralise it?
Anything that can help me is good
