TMI PERIOD PIC

This cycle my period was a week late but I finally got it 2 nights ago (which was abnormal for me to get it at night... I’ve never gotten it at night) Yesterday my period was very light, lighter than my period usually is the first couple days and the blood was more of an orangey red. Now it’s brown on the 3rd day and still so light. My period has never been like this before. Has this ever happened to anyone? Does anyone know why it could be like this? I know brown is old blood but I’ve only ever gotten that like the very first day of my period or brown spotting the day before my period starts..
