UTI and how to stop getting them??

For the past 4 years, I always seem to get UTIs at least 2 times a year. I woke up this morning having to pee so badly, and as I did it burned. Even after I finished, I still had to go and i still felt a burning sensation. I literally couldn’t take it and went to the dr. The dr did a urinalysis and told me there was large amounts of leukocytes as well as lots of ketones. She prescribed me keflex as I wait for the rest of the urinalysis. She’s also testing for gonorhea and chlamydia, even though I got tested for that 4 months ago. Has anyone else ever experienced these symptoms with a UTI? The burning during and even after you pee? The sensation of having to continually go even after you’ve gone? Hearing that I have blood and ketones in my blood scared me!
