Implantation Question!!!!

Hi ladies!

So yesterday was 10dpo for me and my period is in 4 days! When I wiped I had some brown discharge, so I went in to check my cervix and it was SO low, pretty much like how it feels when I’m getting my period. After I checked my cervix some bright red blood came out on the toilet paper (sorry TMI!!!) it was only the drop of a dime or so, and then nothing. I had cramping on and off all day yesterday so I just thought AF was coming 4 days early. I put my diva cup in and thought nothing of it. When I got up this morning no blood in the cup just a very small amount of light brown discharge. So, I took my cup out all day. When I got home nothing in my panties and when I went to check my cervix it has gone back up and is feeling closed and softer. I took a pregnancy test this evening and it doesn’t look positive. Could that have been IB?? This has never happened to me before. When I start spotting before my period it doesn’t stop like this it just keeps going. Soooo my question is, do you think it could be IB? And if so, when should I retest?!
