Success stories after multiple miscarriages?

I’d love to hear some success stories after miscarriages. I’m currently going through my third. I had my daughter (now 20 months old) followed by 3 miscarriages in the last 9 months. They were all early, I can’t seem to get past 7 weeks now and it was so easy with my daughter. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m currently waiting on a referral to get this looked into, which can take 2+ months just to hear from them to book an initial appt. 😩 I don’t want to stop TTC in the meantime though. I’m trying to convince my doctor to look into and try progesterone in the meantime until I can see someone else.

For those with a successful pregnancy after miscarriage - did you do anything differently? Just lucked out this time? Any prescriptions to help? Tell me your secrets, lol.
