Should I be feeling pregnant?

I found out 2 days ago i'm 4 weeks pregnant but have only had back pain and cramps so far.
I don't feel pregnant if that makes sense? Should I do another test or is it normal?

Girl I’m almost 35 weeks, and apart from the nausea early on, baby kicking around like crazy when she is awake, and occasional braxton hicks contraction and back pain, I still don’t know what “being pregnant” is supposed to feel like 😂 my belly is big & all but if my baby is asleep I don’t even notice. I’ll be minding my business chilling on the couch and feel a kick and think “oh yeah there’s a baby in there!” 😂

Normal not everyone feels pregnant. And has no symptoms

Normal. I didnt feel anything til after 8 weeks. A little nausea but nothing crazy. Then at 12 weeks my belly started popping. Now I really feel it at 15 weeks

Girl I’m the same way I’m 3 weeks & 6 days and I only feel pregnant when I eat or go to bed & I get a lot more tired but thats it

you’re super early .. trust me later down the line as you get further along you’ll feel more pregnant

With my first I had no symptoms until after 6 weeks closer to 7. This time I have super sore breasts, some nausea, and tired at 4 weeks.

Totally normal ! Right now my Breasts/nipples are so sensitive and lower back pain and nausea and vomiting 🤮 that’s about it nothing to bad .
