9 weeks and need something

My headaches and nausea have been so debilitating and awful since 5 weeks I’m now 9 weeks pregnant and my doctor basically said tough... he won’t prescribe anything no antihistamine no antiemetic for nausea ... what do I do?? Do you girls know of anything safe over the counter other women are taking ??? I can’t cope with this motion sickness and headaches I’m also due to go on holiday in just over a week and so scared to be feeling this way I’m based in Ireland
