Please help need advice

Hi girls this is embarrrasing and so scary but I’m 10 weeks pregnant Iv seen the heartbeat and everything and my husband and I had a miscarriage last November we have only had sex once since I found out I was pregnant and last night was the second time... I orgasmed this time today I’m crampy Iv been doing regular housework but cleaning my sons toys as he has been sick... I wiped and had some stained discharge ... I have light cramps and now terrified I’m miscarrying.... is this normal ???? Or could I be ???
