Nipple confusion?

So my baby girl came at 37 weeks due to complications from Cholestasis. She then lost 10oz of body weight in 3 days. Easy to say I panicked and pumped my breastmilk and then bottle fed her like crazy because she wont take my nipple. She is up in weight now and her jaundice is gone. 
I tried last night to breastfeed her and she just wont take my nipple still and my milk is getting less. Its only been 10 days, can she really have confusion that fast and this early? I should go to a lactation clinic but they are so snooty... plus ther dr stated she could be tounge tied..  why wouldn't he fix it rather than have me go to them?
Any insight would be great!

I know sometimes lactation consultants can seem snooty but genuinely their goal should be to help you. I’d suggest always offering breast before a bottle. Potentially using a nipple shield. Always use preemie or newborn nipples on her bottle, or specifically slow-flow nipples. She seems like she’s just being lazy about feeding and she’ll come around when you remove the “easy” option of a bottle. Meanwhile continue pumping after feeds or feeding attempts to keep your supply up.

Yes nipple confusion happens quickly that's why they dont recommend giving a bottle the first 2 weeks. Its 100 times easier for baby to get milk from a bottle. Try using a nipple shield and just keep trying over and over..always give boob before bottle. Not going to lie it may be very hard to get her to go back to boob and a lot of crying. Hopefully she'll latch onto that bc its plastic as well it's a lot easier to wean from the shield. I'd go to s lactation consultant too. Good luck Mama.
