Am I loosing my amniotic fluid @ 19 weeks?!

Ok so today at two different times I had some of clear/whitish liquid come out, probably about a couple tablespoons. The second time it was a small warm gush and that reminded me of when my water broke with my first baby. I’m really scared. I went in around 16 weeks and my cervix was closed and everything seemed normal. At first I thought it was just discharge but the second time scared me. Should I be worried or is this normal? Also, there wasn’t any blood at all that’s what’s keeping me at ease.

They will tell you if it’s low once you do your anatomy scan.

I had sooooo much discharge during pregnancy. At one point I was throwing up and with each heave I gushed. It was much more than a few tablespoons worth (I needed to change my pants). I called my midwife and she told me to come in and she checked me out and gave me the all clear. It sounds totally normal but if you are worried call your doctor and ask for their recommendation. A doctor’s advice is always more solid than a bunch of ladies on an app😜.

I have this happen all the time, it's usually not amniotic fluid but discharge. If it keeps happening or you feel contractions definitely go in, but a call to your midwife would probably be enough to ease your mind.
