Postpartum Care

I'm at FTM and I'm not to sure what kind of pads to buy for after having my little one. Would overnight pads be sufficient enough or would extra heavy overnight pads be better?

Also some people have said to buy depends or something along those lines. Do you feel as if those are needed and if so what is the best kind to buy? I've been standing in Walmart looking at all of this for a good 15 minutes and I think people are starting to think I'm a weirdo haha
