New mom, but am i wrong for being upset?

So something happened that got me upset. I’m a new mom I just had my first baby 3 weeks ago. Well after I gave birth my mom took a picture while the baby was still attached to the umbilical cord and with my legs opened. I didn’t mind the picture and I have it saved on my phone. And it doesn’t bug me because the hospital gown covers from anything being shown and the nurses have my baby covered with towels. But what did bug me is that I sent the picture to my boyfriend and he sent it to his sister ( that I’m not very fond of) to show their dad. Even though he cropped it I’m still very bugged by it. Especially since his sister is the type to post everything. I don’t want that picture on their phone and much less for it to be shown to their dad. Am i wrong for being upset? Should I just get over it?
