Help! Bleeding and cramping pregnant

Has anyone experienced bleeding and cramping during their pregnancy and still delivered healthy babies? I am 13w3d pregnant with bleeding and cramping since Tuesday. Had a scan wednesday all was ok, have a new scan on Monday. I tried a doppler today and heard movements, but could not pick up any heartbeat.

EDIT: I have been to the er on tuesday and there was nothing they could do. They did a scan and all looked well with the little one, but I am still bleeding and need some hope and motivation that things could still turn out OK
