Starting BC late

Hey ladies, so i have a question i am on Lo Loestrin Fe and i have been on this BC for about 7 months now. I did go to my doctor because i was experiencing pregnancy symptoms. The doctor did a pregnancy test which came back negative and told me that it’s the BC that’s making me feel this way. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. I started my new pack last week but i had some problems getting my BC and i started late. I usually start on a Sunday but i did start until Tuesday due to the doctor forgetting to re fill my prescription. So on Tuesday i took (Monday’s pill and Tuesday’s pill) together and left Sunday out. Now I’ve been feeling ok but I’m tired all the time now, i have energy but very little and bloated i just feel off. Is this due to me starting late last week? I start my period in 2 weeks
