(TMI!!)Cancer, std, ingrown hair, razor bump or pimple??

I had a very small bump on my labia and it had a red dot in the center on the top of it, it was about the size of a top of a pin all together. It hurt to the touch too. I did some googling and it seems that I either have cancer, a std, ingrown hair, razor bump , or pimple. An std seems unlikely because I’ve never had sex( but I’ve done other stuff, just no penetration but idk of that’ll still transfer stuff). I think it’s a pimple because I was being stupid and was trying to pop it and it did pop, puss came out of it and it’s going down but it seems irritated. I still don’t know though. I would have a picture but I’m underage so I think that would be like illegal. Please help!!
