Acid reflux
Is acid reflux a sign of labor coming soon? I’m 38&3, I’ve lost my mucus plug, dilated to a 1, and woke up at 6am literally choking on reflux. I started coughing so hard my throat and ears were on fire. I drank milk to calm it down and slept with a cough drop in my mouth to ease the throat pain. I for real thought I suddenly got strep throat. It was burning so bad.
