Braxton Hicks Vs Contractions

Hey ladies I’m first time mum here, and I have been having Braxton Hicks for past 4 weeks or so I’m 36 weeks and 3 days pregnant now. However last night my stomach went tight and then sides and whole of my belly I couldn’t move much, it did not stop or loosen and I felt like I had upset stomach weird. Anyway my mum ran me bath after 5 mins my loosen and baby girl starting kicking ??? Was that a Braxton Hicks ??? Why did it last sooo long it was horrible 😟😳😳🙃
