Just going to vent , because I’m so annoyed !

Last week I went to the labor and delivery room . They checked me for back pains I was fine . A midwife decided to check my cervix and see if I was dilated , she said I wasn’t but said she saw a lesion on my cervix and is 100% sure that it is herpes .... I was sooo sad and scared and upset . I am very careful and have only had unprotected sex with my husband so you can imagine I was furious with him .... they took a swab and I got a call the next day and she said I need to come back in because she sent it in a wrong tube and they can’t get the results without it being placed in the correct tube .... I went back and another midwife checked me and said it does not look like I have herpes just a severe case of yeast . The test came back and I do not have herpes . Also trying for a Vbac which I told my midwife I no longer wanted because of the possible herpes . My midwife was happy that I decided to have my Vbac since the results were negative .... I just think that the first midwife was really careless and I do not want to seee her face when I do into labor . I am furious with the situation , I am grateful I do not have herpes but that did cause a lot of stress for me and I am already an emotional reck .
