Back pain relief? 😩

Has anyone found any ways to relieve the terrible lower back pain? Mine is soooo bad it almost has me in tears. No matter what I do it hurts. Sitting hurts especially at work at my desk job, standing hurts and even laying in bed when I go to sleep hurts. We have a super comfy mattress with a foam topper and everything and I still get so sore no matter what way I lay that when I go to move my back kills to flip any direction. I’ve tried heating my back but that relief doesn’t last more than five min once I take the heat off. I’m miserable. Help?!

This was me two month ago. Find a chiropractor! If something is out of alignment no ointment or heat pack will help until you fix the source of the problem. Most insurance will pay for a certain amount of visits per year, but even out of pocket the price is comparable to a copay.

I’m in the same boat, I tried ice on my back yesterday and laying on my back hurt ( had my feet an head propped up) it took me a few mins to get up I was on all 4s and did the cat stretch , it helped a little, I’ve also found hip rolls help. ( just swirl your hips in a circle while holding on to the counter go clock wise and counter clockwise) it helped a little. Didn’t start to feel relief yesterday until about 7pm. I had been up since 4am with pain,down both legs  and back. I had a really hard time walking.

I use tiger balm, you just rub it into your back I usually start to get relief within minutes.
