24 weeks pregnant (update)

hi ladies im 24 weeks pregnant and i believe i have an ear infection my right ear has been bugging me for a few days and now my throat hurts if i swollow is there anything to help get rid of some of the pain from it. im not sure if its worth a walk in visit or if there is home rememdies for it. thanks

i was informed my ear looks fine my throat a little sore but not strep just a viral infection that will go away when it wants to... any tricks so i can eat without hurting hahah🤦‍♀️
