ECTOPIC or Overthinking?please I need advice

I took a PT 2 days ago and I got a faint line (glo says I am 8 days late by that time). I retested today (10 days late according to glow) and it was even fainter.

Now what worries me is that I have been feeling some cramping on my right side. Usually it is very mild, milder than pms I barely notice it

but just a moment ago, I felt a sharp stabbing pain that only lasted for like a second.

I have been reading about stuff and I came across ectopic pregnancy in which one of the symptoms is that the hcg does not rise as expected which could be signified by lines not getting darker.

I am torn in between going to the dr. tomorrow or waiting for my original appointment which is on Friday.

Some says I may have ovulated later and implanted later hence the faint line. I don't have any spotting or bleeding or such so what can u suggest I do? Wait for my appointment or run on my dr. tomorrow?

Originally, I would have waited for Friday and see if the line gets darker because I don't want to show her a faint line but IDK anymore.😞😞😞
