Negative right?

I took this test 2/3 days ago, the pics are from then and within the time frame. Glow says my period is due in two days but it's not accurate as my periods aren't 100% regular and even then they only started getting as regular as some time near the begining of each month a few cycles back , before that they were ALL over the place.

I do suffer with pcos too. I just walked from my friends house to mine and was enjoying the sunshine was quite hot and struggling toward the end then when I got like two doors down, I started heaving like really bad and that never happens , like I was on my knees at the end ofthe drive holding my self back from throwing up over my dad's van.
