What will you do if your random online practice quiz turns out to be exam questions

So I am in nursing school and we just had a concept exam. One of the students found a quizlet that covered some of the exemplars will be tested on. She shared this link in the group message so a good number of the students had the opportunity to practice with the questions.
Well guess what? We went in to the testing room and turns out about 10 questions were taken word for word from the quizlet quiz. Now someone says she "feels" like going to the instructors.  What would you do?

In this context, it wasn't cheating, it was using online resources to study. The professor probably pulled the questions from the site. You still want to study, work hard and learn, and use your resources.

It's not your responsibility to monitor your professors. If they chose to take questions word for word, whatever. Those who took the time to study get a little leg up, those who didn't, don't. Some of my certification and licensing exam study questions are word for word from the certification board 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s not like they knew that was the actual quiz. The teachers should have made it locked,which you can do because you can make classrooms and you need s code to get in to them. If she reports it’s the teachers fault they made it public

This is literally the purpose of Quizlet. My professors always encouraged us to use it as a study tool for that exact reason. If you printed out the quizlet answers and took them to the test with you, that would be cheating. Memorizing the answers from a study guide isn’t any different than from the book.

Use up all of those resources as you can, nursing school is f*cking hard and you gotta be smart about your study tenchniques. A lot of instructors recycle the same material. If you put it to use it can help you get through the class.

I had a college professor who constantly talked about how irritating it was that people didn't use the resources available to them to study. How if there was a website she could have used back in the day where she could find practice quizzes she would use that website constantly - turns out, she actually created several "practice quizzes" and posted them to quizlet and then she would put some of those exact questions - word for word and answers in the same order - on her in-class quizzes and tests. She didn't tell us about it, it was never actually confirmed (as far as I know) that that's what she was doing but when a student approached her after class to tell her they were worried her test had been leaked to quizlet all she did was smile and say "sounds like you studied effectively then." 
I agree with her, just because you studied and used your resources doesn't necessarily mean you cheated. Unless you specifically googled "miss frizzle's midterm test," or you studied certain questions specifically because you knew they were the test questions, I'd say you're fine.

Although I tend to err very much on the side of caution and have a conscious more active than Jiminy Cricket, I don't think I would report this to the instructor. If the quizlet was available on a site unaffiliated with the school or professor in any way, then it was just a coincidence, albeit a very fortunate one. There does not appear to have been any malfeasance involved, so there is nothing to be gained by reporting the coincidence.
