Baby less active?

Question

Usually I feel her all day long kicking and moving but not so much yesterday and I’ve only felt her kick like 4 times in the last 2 hours I’ve been up. Not as hard as they usually are. Am I freaking out or do I have a legit reason for concern? I’m 25+4. Baby Doppler says her heart beat is just fine.

I’m sure everything is fine, baby could just be having a lazy day! My MW says that me moving and being active puts baby to sleep so it makes sense why if I’m active, or anyone really, they wont feel kicks/movements. Only worry if there are absolutely noooo movements at all for extended time (but also don’t just rely on the Doppler for assurance all is ok,
If you’re not feeling movements for an extended period of time def phone your OB/MW).

I went in yesterday die to the same reason ... and they say around this time 24 to 26 weeks they go through a growth spurt and the lose room so they dont move as much ..  as long as your feeling baby move it should be good.. if your worried just go get checked

I’m 24+1 and yesterday she was kind of active but very quiet...today she hasn’t stopped all day. Some days are sleepier than others.
