I don't recognize my breasts!

I woke up so exhausted this morning and I slept fine so I didn't understand. Well apparently my titties have undergone some kind of overnight metamorphosis and I'm in shock. I literally was leaking all over my shirt and sheets (not weird for me to have clear leakage but the amount was alot). For a couple months my nipples have gotten darker but this morning they are 100% different I don't recognize them. On top of that my boobs just hurt! Need to run to the store at lunch and pick up some breast pads 🤦‍♀️

I am 27 weeks today, can anyone sympathize?
