Rash?

Baby had fever all day yesterday from stomach virus. It finally broke last night and no fever today but this rash appeared only on her belly. Is this from the fever?

My daughter had the same thing fever and rash took her to urgent care and they said it was this

My son has a spiked fever out of nowhere last week and once the fever broke he has this same rash up his belly and back and on face. Doctor said it was Rosalea. Not sure how to actually spell it. But that was Friday and it clearing up now

Update: after getting out of the tub, it was on her legs and bottom.

Babies get rashes from almost anything and everything.  My daughter almost constantly has patches on her back or belly from teething, having a cold, being too warm, touching a different fabric, dry weather etc. I never worry about them unless it turned into hives or maybe if it got way worse very quickly.
