WTF nipples??????

Is anybody else experience EXTREMELY sore nipples? They almost feel like a burning and even get a purple color to them when they hurt really bad. My doctor says it’s normal and the pain is caused from vasospasams. Does anyone have any tips for some relief? So far all I’ve found is hot water helps.

Yes or they itch badly. IDK I went and bought cocoa butter lotion and the cold felt soothing and kept them from itching

Me too! It’s crazy! I do ice and sports bras to limit the movement and ability to rub on anything!

I used a heating pad. Or sometimes I find the cold helps so frozen peas sometimes lol

Normal. Although more normal if you’re already breastfeeding. Try to keep them warm and it should help.
